As a thriving software consultancy and bespoke app development firm, we recognise the fantastic work the Teesside digital industry is producing and what better way to celebrate fellow tech gurus’ successes than at the Tees Tech Awards 2021.
There was some tough competition, but we are delighted to say Sapere was crowned the winner of the Digital Transformation award for our recent project with Tees Music Alliance (TMA). We were thrilled to assist the organisation with the development of a bespoke, cost-effective video streaming service, which enabled TMA to broadcast live music events to Teessiders throughout lockdown.
Speaking about the award, commercial director Paul Drake, said: “We have been producing world class software for the past 14 years, but this is the first time the team have been officially recognised which is absolutely fantastic! As a business owner I couldn’t be prouder.
“Digital transformation doesn’t just happen; it takes a great deal of knowledge, experience and skill to design and develop the software. The trophy will be a nice reminder of everyone’s hard work and dedication to creating brilliant solutions.”
The Tees Tech Awards, which were held at Hardwick Hall Hotel on August 10th in association with DigitalCity and Middlesbrough Digital, recognised and celebrated Tees organisations and individuals who are leading the way in the digital sector.
Unfortunately, our team weren’t able to commemorate the award win together on the night of the event, but we are planning to get together for a drink (or two) and a meal to celebrate.
Paul added: “We’ll use this success as momentum to help other Teesside businesses introduce even more innovative solutions into their businesses to enhance their ability to compete on the world stage.”
