Who are Sapere Software?

We’re a modern, professional software engineering and development company based in the North East of England. We work within a huge range of industries both nationally, internationally and across the UK.

Over many years we’ve worked in almost every business, educational and charity sector. These have included but are not limited to heavy industry, leisure and finance to oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. I keep everyone pulling in the same direction, manage projects and still code on occasion. I've worked in just about every sector and if it can be programmed I've likely worked with it. I've built software for 'big stuff' like chemical plants and furnaces right the way through to radiation detectors for individual protection. I started in IT on a Spectrum 48k and I'm still doing it 35 years later...

I got my start in IT working within the chemical industry employed by large American corporations to build process software. I then transferred those skills to working on large-scale transportation systems. My main strengths are bringing people and technology together to get results for businesses.
