We’re looking for a sales manager to join our team to drive sales growth, as we continue to work with clients across the North East to digitally transform their businesses.
This role brings great responsibility, but also a great opportunity to be the lead in all sales activity for our growing business. As our sales manager, you will report to the commercial director and be responsible for leading all sales activity for our growing business. While we are happy for you to work remotely, it would be ideal if you were close to our offices in Stockton to regularly check in with the team.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and validating targets, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions and closing deals. You will also work with Pipedrive to document leads and progress, deliver on set targets, generate outbound sales and analyse data to understand market trends and patterns. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new leads and creating and delivering reports.
We are looking for a candidate with three years of sales experience and SaaS sales experience is preferred. You should also have experience in leadership and management, a good understanding of how SME markets work and excellent communication skills.
As our new sales manager, you should also be proactive, have good initiative, be pragmatic and logical, confident and have the ability to see the bigger picture.
