Erimus Insurance Brokers were looking for advice and guidance on which digital platform to adopt in their business. The chosen software had to be fit for purpose and meet the long term aspirations of the business.
Sapere spent time firstly understanding the business, its individual processes, procedures and systems and also its aspirations for the future. Without this understanding it was impossible for anyone to recommend or make suggestions on what a digital roadmap and platform should look like for the organisation.
Sapere then mapped out the current internal processes and overlaid what an efficient process would look like by examining the benefits of both a bespoke and an ‘off the shelf’ software solution. This consultancy provided Erimus with the reassurance they were making the correct choice and with our provision of process and flow diagrams we ensured they understood how a CRM software could benefit them.
At the end of the consultancy Erimus was left with a clear path forward and a much clearer understanding of what their options were.
