Managing thousands of clients and their legal matters is a time intensive and difficult process. Sapere were asked by TBI, to create a bespoke CRM Software Application which would connect to and utilise their current in house system – ‘LawSoft’.
Problem
Managing leads and enquiries for any business is a challenge, but add to the equation multiple sites, multiple departments all with differing needs and multiple channels to make enquires then this makes the task more challenging.
With multiple systems and methodologies in place the business needed one CRM software application to manage the process from end to end.
Solution
From consulting with the different departments and offices Sapere were able to design and develop a fully bespoke web based solution using ASP.NET. The bespoke software solution provides one area for all enquiries to filter through into the company’s workflow whilst providing real-time reports on the value and best areas for future marketing spends. An additional iOS mobile application was built to facilitate the management of events.
The TBI CRM Software Development was completed to provide one system to capture and manage all business enquiries and leads, with a dual purpose of enabling the business to clearly understand where their business was coming from.
The analysis of which could then be used by the marketing team to make more informed decisions on where to spend the marketing budget for best return.
